1. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are generally delivered using established services such as DHL, FedEx and UPS Priority, depending on the destination and applicable delivery arrangement.

3. Tracking Updates

4. Delayed or Missing Orders
If an order exceeds the standard delivery period, we may contact the relevant carrier and initiate an enquiry concerning the shipment.
Following the outcome of the carrier enquiry and the circumstances of the individual order, we may arrange a full refund or replacement shipment, as applicable.
Any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers under applicable German or European law remain unaffected.
5. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage does not transfer merely when the goods are handed to the carrier.
Where delivery is arranged by us, the applicable risk transfers in accordance with mandatory consumer law when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
